A Lil' Reflection

As I sit here and write this post, I am not only reflecting on my day and my blog, but also the past few years of my life. It's crazy to think that in less than two weeks, I will be a college freaking graduate.

Yeah, college educated, she graduated. Wiz knows (if you know, you know).

The last few months, well the entirety of this semester really, I have constantly been saying how fast time flies-- how growing up, you wish life away sometimes.

Being at the point that I am now, I have acquired knowledge over my last years in the School of Communication program at the University of Akron, and I can't wait to put it to the test in the real world of when I have a j.o.b. (yes, spell out each of those letters as you read this. It really emphasizes the word.)

I am especially happy that I had the opportunity to start this blog during this semester of classes. Although I sometimes wish I would've started sooner, my New Media Writing course helped give me the extra push that I needed to just do it.

Waiting until now may have honestly been the best bet for me, as I have been able to use outside knowledge that I have acquired from my other classes to format my best posts to engage you guys!

I do plan to continue posting on this blog regularly, as well as continue posting on my fashion IG page because I really enjoy doing it! I have so many of you guys reach out to me and support what I am doing, and I couldn't be more thankful and excited.

Over the duration of this semester, and reflecting back on some of my first-ever posts, I feel that I have figured out more and more of the direction I want to take with my blog. I know how I want to brand myself, and what I want to offer you guys! I have such a passion for fashion, especially discount fashion, and I just want to keep sharing that with all of you.

I really am going to try to work more with video because not only have you all expressed your liking for it, but I really love multimedia too! I want to advance my knowledge on video editing, and hopefully launch a YouTube channel sometime in the future.

I will continue producing content to share with you guys, and I want to keep building my brand.

It can only go up from here!
